Peteruspl Yep, right on braahhhh!
People tend to EXTERNALISE the thing they call "happiness" and "peace of mind" "the thing that makes them feel validated", and attach it to things like a unicorn, or orgies, bikes, anything external, you name it.
And spend their whole life chasing them.(often pretending they're happy when they have the thing they attached their happiness to, which is only temporary)
When the simplest way to remove the chaos, is to go to it's core. Which exists within the person's mind, and spend time sorting it out.
(I find it much easier than spending hours putting on fucking makeup, fake plastic horn and walking to a club with skin tight clothes, which you can't even prespirate in)
As long as one is not suffering from a horrible illness/wound, or starvation, or homelessness. If a person has the basic needs met, they can perfectly achieve mental calm(and more) just by sitting down and going through their life again and again, wiser and wiser, clearer and clearer.
Ofc there will be people who're biologically built in a way that makes it impossible for them, but that's not an excuse for anyone else hehe.
Lesson: externalisation is a bitchhhhhhhh (and can make you dress up as a silly unicorn)

Naamtar I would have to disagree on him being "bipolar extreme".
He actively chases a state of mind, he does not switch involuntarily. When the "unicorn phase passed", he changed. But because he grew out of it/got bored/ didn't quite work out for him/ What he wanted from it, he got, but for a short period, and then the facade got too annoying to continue, and became more of a drag.
He's looking more like someone who did some drugs and felt like he figured it out, but didn't, then went to something else, like witchcraft. He's creating "goals" in his mind, and then attaching "spiritual/mystical sounding/looking shit to that "goal", until he gets tired of pretending like he's getting what he wanted from it. Something like that. He doesn't just go there. He Rationalises it beforehand.
I can't see how that is bipolarity( at least not in the EXTREME sense.) Since Mania and depression are NOT EXCLUSIVE to bipolarity.
Obviously he can't tell what state of mind he is in or what illness he is suffering from, etc, which is literally the opposite of self aware. He could even be Schizoaffective. Also, since it's been long from when i watched this video, I believe he said he went to burning man, took some drugs, and THEN shit happened. so he didn't do all this shit while he was sober from what i recall.
I really don't see the EXTREME Bipolarity in him.
Not everyone going through PHASES is bipolar. Also, being bipolar doesn't make one a master of detecting other bipolars either.
I'm probably more bipolar than him, in a regulated manner, lel.
