Most of what you said will just go in one ear and come out of the other with these people. All they hear is free.
2
Not here in america.
2
while also paying 35% percent in income taxes. You have to be a idiot to make that trade off.
1
and that is the key. They know if they mention the higher tax then most people will not come on board. Taxes is destructive to an economy. Opportunities are limited with higher taxes. this is economic 101.
1
@troyzieman7177 The middle class will have to pay for it. There is no other way around it. the middle class depends on low taxes. This is the number one reason why there are so much opportunities for entrepreneurs and small business owners in this country. The immigrants who moved to america all around the world is for that sole purpose.
1
My parents moved to america in the 80's, and you couldn't pay them to move back to where they came from.
1
Because america is not like any other country. If it was then, millions of immigrants wouldn't legally and illegally voluntarily come here every year.
1
The middle class.
1
Public health system for what? We have more opportunities here than any other country, so that we can afford our own healthcare. Unless your a lazy bum who wont go out and work for your own.
1
LOL no country has a middle class as strong as the US even under this crony capitalism, but you want us to be like norway. This logic is insane.
1
You do know know most of the world is leeching off of america right?
1
haha the democrats are trying to enslave you, and you're crying about the republicans? okay you might be too old and out of touch.
1
You couldn't pay me to live in Norway to be honest with you.
1
by what principles?
1
@elliottbetancourt6914 since you put it that way, then yes I believe it is better to live here in America than any other country in the world. America on its bad day is still better than any country on its good day.
1
@elliottbetancourt6914 anecdotal? Clearly 30 million of immigrants from last 50 years will disagree with you. Show me one country who can take in millions of immigrants every year for the last 100 years provide them with opportunities like the United States has? Your evidence is just as bias and anecdotal as mines.
1
@ThaTruFily I bought that bridge a long time ago. It served me and family well. That bridge was so good that over 30 million immigrants have crossed it and refuse to turn around and go back. matter of fact there are million more legal and illegally waiting at the border to cross it. I'm not sure if i can that for any other country including yours.
1
@ThaTruFily lol dream world? How about reality? My family is well taken care of and nobody is asking for government handouts over here. I doubt any of you non americans can understand that concept. America on a bad day is still better than any country on a good day.
1
@ThaTruFily haha Argentina. You couldnt pay me go there to visit let alone live.
1
@ThaTruFily I was homeless before when i was young, but thank god for America. A dirt poor kid could make something out if nothing. I doubt you can say that about your country.
1
@hellekurstein9098 and thanks for staying where you are. Tell everybody you know to stay out of america if they dont like this place. Do me that favor.
1
@Q_from_Star_Trek Millions upon millions of immigrants come to america every year is an assumption? Millions of successful immigrants who started it out with nothing and now are better off than most americans is an assumption? I dont see people fleeing to argentina for a better life. they flee to the US. Those are all facts.
1
@ThaTruFily my homelessness wasnt because of the my country. My homeless is because of me. Now I'm better off than 99% of the world which probably includes you too.
1
@brothersandsistersofvalhalla lol the amount of people leaving this country is peanuts compared to the amount of people coming into this country legally and illegally. Every one person that leaves ten more comes in. Funny right?
1
@brothersandsistersofvalhalla haha with what data that you based this assumption on? In 2020 roughly 6k people gave up their US citizenship and moved to another country. In 2020 we had over 1 million legal and illegal immigrant that came to this country. So no it is not closer to 1.1 to 1 ratio.
1
@brothersandsistersofvalhalla the 6k number is a fact. These statistics can be easily obtained through a web search, but you would rather guess.
1
@marc2545 thank goodness we don't have a real left in america. It's already shitty enough with these liberals.
1
@-Silli3st_M0th_ I told that to my Scandinavian gf and she agrees. No wonder why all her family left those shit hole countries. You get just enough to survive, but never enough to thrive. Lol
1
he did not pay 700 in 2020. he actually paid millions in taxes. You been a victim of fake news buddy.
1
@pamelawing5747 He paid 750 because he prepaid his taxes you big dumb dumb. 750 is what is left over from what he hasn't paid. If you actually read, the whole NY times article all the way to the end then you would see they said that he paid millions in taxes from his business.
1
Haha "progressive intelligent youth" that's funny.
1
Leftism have destroyed this country. Proof.
