  1. The International Court of justice is a kangaroo court, a NATO court and a western court. India, China, Russia, Iran, Serbia, Syria, and a host of other countries should remove themselves from the ICJ jurisdiction and set up a court that reflects the multipolar situation. Similarly The United Nations needs to be moved away from New York to a more reliable location. Shanghai or Bangkok. These are much safer cities than New York which is a very dangerous city particularly for Asians.
