  1. A fair point but which State should take it over. Texas or Florida. I think the government of California is of the same mindset as Oakland so that wouldn't change much.

  2. A great video. I have been to South Africa and have seen enormous shanty towns outside the large cities but I have never seen anything like this. There is a desperation here.
