  1. This was truly shameful. Most countries /regions freely celebrate their National Day and this is a good thing, to celebrate culture and history and it's a time for the diaspora to also celebrate their roots. England has so many things to be proud of, literature, architecture, drama, engineering, music, comedy, it is absurd to deny this. The most famous ones are obviously St Patrick's Day and the 4th of July but they are everywhere, on every continent. Any Happy St George's Day to my many English friends. 👍🇮🇪🇬🇧
