  1. No they didn't. Crimea was the only Oblast that voted to remain in the Soviet Union all the other regions voted to leave the Soviet Union. The regions of Odessa, Kherson, Donetsk, Crimea and Luhansk have since voted to leave 404 and be part of the Russian Federation.
