  17. The most important important thing to bear in mind in relation to European history is the continuous changing and movement of borders. Most European countries have been part of another country at one time or another, this is never going to change. Russia is a great option for Belarus, resource rich, industrial and with unrivalled access to the Asian juggernaut economies. The European Union is in terminal decline, rich only in slogans and with a severe post colonial hangover. The European countries are now mere vassals of the United States. The critical thing for Belarus is not to end up in ruins like Ukraine, or an economic basket case like Moldova or the Baltic States with their terminal demographics. Very important to keep the toxic undemocratic NGOs out.

  29. An outstanding report, I was aware of the ruinous impact of French economic aggression against Haiti but I was unaware of the extent of this neo colonialism in so much of Africa. I suspect similar economic tricks are being used by the United States and the European vassals. The multi polar order being advocated by Russia and the BRICS may well be a good thing.
