  2. An outstanding report, I was aware of the ruinous impact of French economic aggression against Haiti but I was unaware of the extent of this neo colonialism in so much of Africa. I suspect similar economic tricks are being used by the United States and the European vassals. The multi polar order being advocated by Russia and the BRICS may well be a good thing.
