  1. Getting pulled over by cops can be very stressful these days... A few years ago, I took a drive with my wife and youngest son through a small town near where I lived. I had just gotten my mustang out of the paint shop sporting a new 'black paint job' and it had dark tinted windows. As I was proceeding through a traffic light on my way home, I noticed 3 police cars behind me with lights flashing. Over the loudspeaker they instructed me to pull over and I complied not knowing why the hell I was pulled over. My wife and son were a bit nervous and I told them it's just a mistake. I immediately rolled both windows completely down, and turned on the inside dome light just in case the cops approached my car. I wanted them to be able to see inside the car. I was then instructed to exit my car with both hands up. I moved very slowly and complied with their instructions and they told me to walk towards them. I kept my arms out and prayed that i did not trip or something because I'm sure it may have been my last day on Earth. Anyway, as I approached them they relaxed and told me that I did not fit the description they were given. They were at that moment looking for a 'Black Mustang' that had just left a store which had apparently been robbed or something. At least they were apologetic and I told them that I understood and I told them that I hoped they catch the guy etc. Anyway, if you are pulled over or approached by the cops don't automatically assume they are just harassing you, usually its for a reason and be damn careful how you act and respond to their commands. Don't give them any reason to be nervous. Nervous guys with guns are not a good mix. Cops who murder innocent civilians should face just as severe a sentence as a civilian who murders a cop.
