  1. That makes no sense at all. Atlanta has a high population of black people and lots of black celebrities live there especially sports figures, musicians etc. Some ‘high end’ restaurants may indeed have a certain dress code you have to abide by. It’s all too easy to claim ‘racism’ at every turn. However, Dominique Wilkins should not have been turned away like that.
