  20.  @bulletproof1581  you are right there’s many aspects of grip strength , but to be considered all around best you have to be able to close the coc4 credit card set and even be certified by ironmind. The issue I have with fat rolling handles inch dumbbells blobs etc is that the taller guys with large hands have an obvious anatomical advantage which makes it not a clear measure of relative grip when comparing two individuals . Now this applies a little to grippers as well for CCS especially for cert but crushing grip is more objective and a must to be considered having overall superior grip

  21. Btw grip is not a priority in arm wrestling , the only time that becomes relevant is if you are top rolling and you don’t want to go to the straps not letting your opponent slip. Vitally vs Ermes is a good example at the initial rounds , before his hand got tired.
