  1. This is not a mass problem it's a General Relativity problem. They are assuming it's the mass factor in GR but we don't know enough about GR to rule out other "undefined " factor(s) (modified gravity). With the outliers, I believe SR has a relationship to GR and the two are opposite sides of the same coin.
