  2. As I understand it it's boiled down to basic two cycles with a third being transient to the other two.

  3. There is a gravitational connection not a physical one acting on the largest mass in the middle of the rotation not translated directly to bodies in another axis. To understand this you have to know the relation gravitational spin which is much weaker than inertial forces.
