@panama1942 Sorry I may have got wires crossed with someone else commenting. Its a controversial subject that wont go away, but ulimately it is down to the victims close ones to decide on what action they should take. They may forgive. Or they may not. Beyond the law. Innate right, beyond legal confines.

@Requiemes It’s up the individual not the law makers. If the individual decided to seek revenge and that means to kill for the wrong done then so be it. That’s life. I don’t blame them. Many deserve to be killed but many are not. That to me is wrong.
