  2. I skip breakfast most days and have a decent meal for lunch and then later on in the evening when I get a tad hungry when using less energy eat some salad and fruit. Weekends I have treats. A home made chicken curry tomorrow.

  5.  @luxmifrei9759  Actually the term "meditation" maybe actually incorrect when one wants to not think about anything to clear the mind. meditate (v.) 1580s, "to ponder, think abstractly, engage in mental contemplation" (intransitive), probably a back-formation from meditation, or else from Latin meditatus, past participle of meditari "to meditate, think over, reflect, consider," frequentative form of PIE root *med- "take appropriate measures."
