  1. The thought crimes are here in the UK also. Where I reside there have been signs from the police in the City warning people not to look at women as it could be deemed to be harassment and for them to be reported in a round about way. This is tiptoeing into totalitarianism and should be rejected vehemently. It's overall a protection racket.
