One example of this in play when there was the recent referendum the vote was not decided by the voters but it was decided by the house of Commons. Also when they joined the EEC on the 22nd January 1972 with the treaty of Rome there was no vote for the electorate and also parliament as the fiction that is the royal prerogative was used and also later when the other treaties were signed. If you believe otherwise then provide your counterclaim with evidence in support..
