THE PSEUDO OATH The fake without substance oath of allegiance to Elizabeth (who has no legal powers over Parliament ) that the members of Parliament the Privy Council the Police, Judges and some of the military take. So ask yourself why are oaths/affirmations taken to someone who has no power or authority over the business of Parliament?. Why would members of Parliament feel the need to use so many fictions if they had any real power and authority? There is no Representative democracy hence why it is down to Parliament to decide YOU. It is very relevant to bring that up in this discussion as it is of the fundamental importance that the many may know that no MP has sworn any allegiances to be faithful to them and to serve and respect their interests and democracy.

  13.  @notnotness4765  Because of the assumption of parliamentary sovereignty and the pseudo Constitution and common law assumptions there is and can be no representative democracy. One example of this in play when there was the recent referendum the vote was not decided by the voters but it was decided by the house of Commons. Also when they joined the EEC on the 22nd January 1972 with the treaty of Rome there was no vote for the electorate and also parliament as the fiction that is the royal prerogative was used and also later when the other treaties were signed. If you believe otherwise then provide your counterclaim with evidence in support..

It matters not what Tony Benn believed in. The fact is that the oath that a MP takes makes no reference to uphold Democratic rights and the wishes of the many. Now dont digress and stay on track. Also Elizabeth has no legal powers as a titular head of state. You have been misinformed.

In truth the Westminster system is more a kin to a dictatorship because of the very facts that I mentioned previously. Your vote does not matter. And the recent referendum is the irrefutable evidence that proves that is so. Whether or not you want to accept it that is your choice.
