It is just and moral to right a wrong. If that is to behead for evil acts then so be it. Of course the act must be so evil as so to warrant taking that course of action.

@Psychol-Snooper Those that are found guilty of murder and rape of babies and young ones as a prime example I am sure many would agree. If you disagree give your reasons why?.

@Psychol-Snooper You forgot to mention the feelings, hurt pain and suffering. Only those that gone through such an ordeal will be able to fully understand what it must be like. The law is what is moral the understanding of what is good and evil. What is righteous. I am not talking about a Roman western legal system. That is a system of immorality.
