  1. There never ever a real vote for the electorate to decide if they would want to be apart of the EEC/EU in the first place. Even the previous referendum it was decided that it was not down to the electorate but parliament to decide if they were to attempt to leave or not.

  4. Also you are aware of the concept of parliamentary sovereignty are you not? If you do then you will understand the electorate do not have a final say when it comes to debates and voting on bills It is down to the members of parliament.
