  1. Under military service in other countries, it is considered military and voluntarily when the service is good. There is dictatorship in all of them. Dictatorship correct me if I am wrong but it is called that for to solve an issue for the country it has to be done. Under a regiment such as the North, the options were always very limited cause of international status and wellfair. I am not trying to justify any rights or wrongs. Not trying to show any disrespectful comments towards the civiliality of the people of Korea, but the lifestyle of Military Service is only the results under the circumstances of living conditions and the surrounding party. In the past wars of any war, we as the people were all pushed into deprivation and hardship. Crimes were involved but others called it sacrifice for the greater good. The tortures and unpresidential killings are always wrong. It is hard to compare. If there is no international community then the only other option is a military dictatorship. There is a difference between Military Law and the common Civilian Law. Military is always held higher but there punishment too is at a higher level. Imagine a country like the North were all they know is Military Law. The Military is always going to be a tough subject, we need it but sometimes we don't.
