  15. What are you willing to change? This doesn't work with just one building infrastructure. It will only work within the block of community building. If this doesn't happen forget about your building and strategy. It will all be useless. Don't forget you are surrounded by water. There are such things as temporary living in manageable boats. Keep it in mind if done right without harm to the Marine life then your options are endless.

  19. These housing situations are more for minimalist style of living. That takes discipline to live in such matter. One way to solve this is to have shared kitchen and have more a dorm lifestyle living. Discipline really plays a part and within the an agreement within the residents.
