  2. Work on social skills not only work skills. Building a better environment for workplace, business and economical status. Working hard only works if you really have to, but what we should all ask ourselves. Do we get benefits from it financially, health or economically? If you have one of these values then yes there is a reason to run 996 but really if there is none, what's the point?
