  1. We aren't talking about learning and memory. We are talking about the recognition of the herb for slowing down certain illnesses, not an IQ evaluation. The statements of the safety precautions of it has already been proven through out time. Scientists are trying to make it more safe but will it be effective. Let the plant do it's work for nature has already provided us with different strands. Recreational and Medicinal. Period.
