  2. When it comes to the work force... Men should have access and be in charge of more permanent and contracted roles. Women should be in charge of the temporary agencies. Now I'm not stating that one can't be the other but the results might have a better outcome.

  3. When it comes down to actual life and a functional society. The world needs a little bit of both. It comes down to the society, the group, the activity....and most important the nature that you are in. I say nature because nothing has helped form society more than the nature and surrounding. Now am I in agreement of all of both sides,no way... nothing is forever certain. You have your Hot and Cold. Wet and Dry. mountain and seas. What is our place? We have Cities, Countries, Suburbs and some even have underground. ...plus the sea alone. It is too much to not have neither side. Are we scared yet, if not then you are naive...in how big the world really is.
