  3. To categories is the only real issue here. If you were born in Japan and also for say is a Us citizen then you are considered as a Japanese American. If you were born in the USA and are Japanese you would be American Japanese. It is up to the government and society to recognize people with these issues as just that. Simple make it anymore difficult then it will be just as that . Difficult. It is up to the society, community or government which they would like to prioritize. Having two nationality isn't as bad as it may seem. It is better for foreign communication and economical status. Really up to us and that is it.
