  2. On the economic stage, the more versatile you are an individual the more highly recommended you will become. I am not stating that you shouldn't keep your job or career. It all really depends on the situation and company. We are all taught many classes in school. Why can't it be the same for jobs and careers. Yet still keeping in mind what type of occupation you stand in. Some who are more experience in different fields are more likely to be more versatile and smart in certain fields such as engineering. The culture of Japan in the modern era is really no more different from the rest of the world.

  4. Working for a company at an adult point of view shouldn't be considered as work, it should be considered as a reward in life that we made it thru the past of our youth.

  5. Unless it is crunch time. People with family is required to spend time with family. For single people they are required to have a hobby ( nothing out of the ordinary). Problem solved.
