@LoC28C well, I think Taiwanese people being able to dictate the decisions made in Taiwan is very valuable. It's called democracy, something that Taiwanese people fought VERY hard for and deserve to be proud of. CCP has demonstrated that it does not respect the rule of the people and is a dictator, constantly threatening violence against people of a foreign country (Taiwan).

If China decides to invade and conquer Taiwan, that wild be called annexation and would probably involve a genocide. Taiwan is already independent with its own government, every rational person around the world with a brain recognizes this, and every country around the world understands that it is a different country, even if China bullies them into making irrational statements otherwise.

@LoC28C you're and idiot, there are not real elections in China. The leader of the PRC is a dictator-for-life who cannot be ousted. Taiwan has real elections, and democracy is something that Taiwanese fought for against an authoritarian regime. Taiwan will continue to fight against PRC authoritarianism being instituted through genocide and colonization. Again, Taiwan has never been part of the PRC, so "reunification" is not a possibility.
