  3. The NTSB and the FAA will get to it and eliminate these unfortunate errors. We cannot have nitwit people as pilots or ATC people. Not do-able !!!!!! That last mishap of the woman who flipped the Delta jet, was a rookie, working in simulators.....Come on.....Not fit to land that plane in rough cross winds . She came down too fast, broke a gear, hit a wing and it flipped the fuselage. She is done flying. What disgrace. She was not fit to handle that landing, obviously. They had divine intervention, as no one got killed. No thanks to her. .
