  3. What happened to her, is more common that we know. We heard the details ; they evidently thought the procedure was over but the surgeon decided to take a biopsy. Her anesthesia was evidently light and she reacted to the pain, and went into cardiac arrest. After that, they evidently had a hard time re-intubating her. ENT procedures are tricky and some people take risks, not knowing the staff. That is the story I heard. The surgeon was not in synch with anesthesia and we also hear he took selfies during the procedure. That is not cool, or ethical and her daughter has sued all parties involved. I expect she collected. Joan died of an " incident" that can always happen, in the OR. Sh'' happens. She was not murdered.
