They follow the "guidelines".......USDA is another cruel and suspicious one....Check out the FDA, that always ends up in partnership with pharma and others related to the industry, of what is best for people....Ha.....Ha......That is what they tell us, but now, we know better. When old Bush got his sonny boy to sign the Patriot Act, we lost our Habeas Corpus and basically, our freedom.   16. It started as HAARP decades ago. It was originally for the MIC, not to be used on civilian homeland. It broke away and expanded and is now for "sale/rent" for various groups who get paid usually by private corporations, or land grabbers ; maybe even the government.
