People end up paying 20% out of pocket . If your bill is a million and you have to pay 20%, that could mean, you have to sell your home and become homeless. What a trade off. I recall, as I worked in OR's as a scrub/tech, assistant, for cardiac surgeons. I would always be surprised to see us performing heart valves replacements on people over 80. When I asked why we were doing this, the answer was always the same..".it is not the age, but it is their quality of life." These people would tolerate radical procedures taking months to recover, to eventually die, due to their age. I expect it was about doing cases and getting revenue. I know as I myself spent 10 years as a pacemaker rep; between being a surgical assistant. . Many of these recipients would die , of natural causes, within the year after the implant. Now, how can it not be about money ? Observations I made over the years, always coming back to the money issue. Companies that were once, ethical have all become corporations for profit ! That is a fact. Hospitals are notorious for their mark up , inflated to a degree of ridicule while insurance companies are willing to cover it, for the most part. Partners in deceptions.......

Obama made many poor decisions, including promoting the surgical assistance for the transgenders. What the Hell was that ? I voted for him twice and realized he was more like the Bush policy, than the Bush and so was HRC, except she was the most toxic of them all. That was indeed bi-partisan that ended up, well rewarded by the "powers that be" . We can use the word " Illuminati", or even, cabal ! We are suffering from it, right now. These people are chewing up our Constitution while using it as toilet paper.

Healthcare is a business intending on fleecing the fools. Observations from a person , from the inside circle. Yes, in some OR's we would occasionally perform emergency procedures on indigent people as it would have been illegal to refuse them. Some institutions would have had them transferred elsewhere , from their ER's , but that extra trip may have proved deadly for these people, just hanging on for dear life. It is always a complex issue, when people cannot pay.

It is NOT affordable. Another lie from Barack Obama. I recall a co- worker who was a female, decided she wanted to switch and told me she was totally covered by Obama care. That poor girl/'boy ended up so confused, she/he became a drug addict and walked into traffic. Hit by 3 cars, he died , a man, or pretending to be one. The staff in the trauma/OR were surprised when they got a man on their list , but he actually had no penis. He had a bilateral mastectomy and a hysterectomy but nothing below. He had told us that....A waste of Obama care !!!!!!!! without it, that person may still be alive, a happy gay woman, we all loved ! Tragic when choices should not be " options".
