  2. Yes indeed. My son flew a Prowler and went to Desert Storm. They , years later, had a big party in Vegas when they retired that EA-6B. It was a good plane. Kept my son alive as well as his crew. I was very grateful.

  3. It was heard , they had found the wreck that did not contain the bodies, therefore, they went looking for them. After 3 days, they assume they have died. Well, if they ejected, they could have been hurt and unable to move. No GPS on their suits ? They would have died of hypothermia maybe ? To move to recovery seems premature to me. It is very tragic for the families to be in such dilemma. Maybe they ejected too late and did not benefit from their chutes ? It would be nice to have their remains. Assuming is not very comforting, without having the bodies.

  5. 10 dead . Such a crash will end up with many small pieces.......metal and organic as well.......They are not whole, but in bits and pieces. The velocity had to be extremely high when they hit the water. I doubt they will find anything but small fragments. The current is carrying out the debris......I am surprised they found one body.

  6. You do not seem to understand the velocity of that crash. Hitting the water is like hitting cement. That plane and the occupants are in pieces. I am surprised they found one body. They had a very scary ride , going down......and they died on impact, the moment they hit the water.

  7. Could have been structural damage ; something mechanical or the pilot having a heart attack.....many possibilities. The NTSB will figure it out.

  10. A Prowler had one pilot and 3 NCO's. I know as my son flew one. If they had to eject he would have been responsible for their ejection, before he could perform his own. I always worried about that as by then, they may just have run out of time. He is out of the NAVY now.

  13. carrying a bunch of fat people ? except for the kid......the pilots of these planes need to make passengers get on a scale, before he lets them get on board. I would. Weight load is very important for the safety of such a plane.

  14. If they ejected too late, their chutes would not have opened and they would have likely died , but it is hard to believe there is no GPS showing their location. . They did not find bodies in the wreckage so, they were not in there. Very difficult for the families to be told, the bodies have not been found.

  17. Not from a crash like that one. Not possible. Pieces is all they are going to get, if they find anything at all. Very surprising they found one body. Remember the crash of a small private jet , near Nashville, a few months back ? It went down, out of control and all the bodies on board were chopped up........and they went into a lake. The waters by Puget sound are fast moving so it will be almost impossible to find anything more than what they have already collected. Some may end up on the shore......again, just pieces.

  20. Does it mean, a hiker may find them hanging from a tree, strapped to their seat, and frozen ? Well, why is it not surprising ? we still have not found Malaysia MH370, after ten years. Some things, we have to accept. My heart goes to their families.

  21. Pitiful when vaccines do not work ! they boost the immune system for about 3 months but do-nothing to protect against getting Covid, or passing it on. We are ,manipulated to a tragic ridicule. The word vaccine does not belong to the description of these jabs ; they are something entirely different and considering the issues with reactions, it should not be mandated. It is unethical and criminal and pharma has the audacity to deny financial responsibility to rescue people who suffered damaging reactions. They are FREE lab-rats !!!

  22. Well, if they declare them dead, it is a bad sign. They assume, in the cold weather, if they were hurt in the ejection, they would have died of hypothermia. They are likely right, but it is hard to accept, the bodies cannot be found. It is very woody.....and now, there is snow.
