  3. Some elderlies want to be alone. I am one of them ! by choice. I want my peace and my quiet and no one bugging me. I have always lived that way and I am not changing now. I hope to die when no one is looking and they can cremate my old bod without any fluff. Nada ! even dump the ashes........no exploitation of my decaying bod ! I will not be in it......I am 80 and still clean my second story gutters and fix any external things on my house. Not paying the contractors to do what I can do myself. It is something any monkey could do. I have the tools and it cost me next to nothing to get the supplies. These guys charge over $1200. for that. I am retired on a budget. Don't have Ivana's money and not her taste in decorating. Her place reminds me of the decadent furniture of Louis the XIV, in Versailles.......I can see Ivana in these outfits....She and Joan Rivers.....they liked the style. Lots of dusting for the cleaning people..

  5. Music ! these patients can relate to, from their youth, usually brings them out, in a big way. Too late for her now, but maybe the next relative or friend you have that ends up with dementia. It really works. They get out of their funk. They even dance.......they may not remember their name or yours, but they enjoy the music. I am surprised it is not more advertised and promoted.......

  6. Hope she was passed out before she fell, otherwise, she would have had that fear of falling and getting hurt. That would suck. One second can be eternity.

  7. There was an elevator but she took the stairs. If the blunt trauma killed her, it means she was aware of falling and getting hurt. Bummer ! I was hoping she had passed out on top.....and did not know, she was falling. That is always unpleasant and scary, to fall, out of control.

  9. People needed and still need now to go outside , to parks or anywhere in nature, exposing their bodies to the sun for the Vit. D. It is so hot right now, it is not pleasant to spend time outside. Don't know how it was in NYC but she could have gone to Central Park. She looked pretty pale......and she had a lot of clothes on......all covered up.

  10. Not attractive, I could not see that in the fancy and decadent apartment of Ivana. She had an elevator. It's even better. Why did she take the stairs ?

I see all sorts of things she could have fallen on and damaged her torso......That place has 4 stories so she could fallen from the top of the stairs, generating enough momentum to create trauma. Yeah.......probably was not pushed......She was going to her house in St.Tropez the next day so she likely had a lot on her mind. Maybe these vaccines and the boosters maybe, made her worse......We know about the complications of these things that often end up under the rug. O well she is gone now. Hope someone really kind ends up with that adorable little dog she said she adored.

  14. Always hang on with one hand on the railing....if you trip, you will not lose control. People get hurt a lot, falling in stairs and off ladders.....Got to be alert.

  15. She had 4 stories and we hear there was an elevator. Why did she take these stairs ? we will never know. The dog will not talk.

  16. We heard she had an elevator and the person who knows , could not understand why she would take the stairs. That is a puzzle. Let's wake her up and ask her......Heee.
