  1. The key is to get out of yourself, so to speak. Start something new, either a musical instrument or caring for needy kids or animals. You have to forget about you and you will find, it works to become selfless. I was a psych nurse many moons ago in France and we distracted our patients with something creative to do......making them do stuff, with their hands ; " ergo therapy" we called it. They made nice stuff and were able to forget their internal issues.

  2. I missed it...poor animal. Did she throw it on a pillow maybe ? or on a couch ? a bed ? was it on a hard floor ? that would not have been cool at all. People who commit suicide also show a selfish side......usually. They do not care about the pain they inflict on others. Hmmm. The way they kill themselves is also telling. Violent, angry people use weapons while others use sleeping pills . Most women use the pills.

  6. Possibly, but few people are able to go without food or drink and quickly die, as someone in their entourage will not tolerate that. They will have them "scooped" and " treated".....Only people who are "social recluse" and live alone can get away with that.......
