  2. All numb but with time, he may gain some ability to feel.....not a walk in the park but something he can live with, as before, he could not "exist". I expect blowing his face off was an accident as it is questionable to fix the results of attempted suicide. Goes against the protocol to qualify for a transplant. We have seen one on a young female who tried suicide but instead, lost her face. They found her a transplant but she looks pretty awful and she is blind. Has to learn Braille. Not sure how long she will survive her transplanted face. Would be hard for her to commit suicide again as she is blind now.
