  3. She was likely dead, shortly after she got in the car. The suspect beat her up , smashed her face and shot her in the back of the head ; that is what the autopsy record showed. The guy was seen by some family members, washing his car mostly inside ; also washing his clothes, according to them. They found her body near a relative of his, in their backyard. He was a repeat offender , released early. He never should have been released. Eliza would be alive today.
