  1. I dip a Q-tip in a bottle of Iodine and run it into my nose. Best defense against that nasal intrusion ! You can gargle with it, but you have to dilute it......probably still efficient. I am concerned about too much D ; not sure how the liver handles it. Get a sun lamp ?
