  4. He has no compassion, no shame and it makes me wonder how much reptilian DNA he may have in his blood ? I expect he offered his services for some of our friendly ET's who worked with the US government, decades ago, on various projects. It would have been an exchange , between the two . ET's helped with the electronics and Billy offered his body, for a study. Look what it did, for him. Is it why Steve Jobs did not like him ? Did he think he was a sell out ?
