You can also read Dolores Cannon , as she was able to get info using her clients, she put under hypnosis, to understand and correct some issues they had. Regression can be very useful for all people, not just the ones with issues. She was able to connect with entities from our past, like Nostradamus she wrote a book on. Fascinating stuff. We have more potential than we know ! Not using any of it....unfortunately. We are too busy working, paying for wars, the heinous freaks who took control over us, are promoting. Humanity is in a bad spot.
