Is he getting depressed ? expansion in the China sea has not turned up to his liking and all these dams, bursting from the earthquakes are compromising the food supply. He has problems......not to mention his issues with Covid.

  2. No way. It will be a white elephant like many cities in China that never got occupied, by one single person. They created ghost towns. They wonder where their money went ? it did not go to the people......many are still living in sad conditions while some billionaires are replicating french cities, in their neck of the woods. So much for the CCP. Who said Communism works for the people ?
