These kids were ( allegedly ) baked in a surrogate so they are not eligible for the throne, number 8 or number 200......they do not count. We saw him hit his horse if he had made a bad move on the polo field. That was nasty. Poor horse.......Harry was controlling the horse so he should have been the one getting the whip.
