  1. Caller was spot on ! and I expect he is a white man. His voice is familiar. He is outraged and so should we all be. BTW I am white but I believe in justice. There was none in this case. That ten year sentence and the hugs from the judge and Jean's brother were simply, shameful. Yes it was indeed murder and she got away with it.

  3. My take on this woman , she was lying through her teeth. She was hot to have a date with her lover and she wanted to get high. She knew where she could get some pot from her neighbor upstairs ; she went there as some witnesses heard her knock on the door saying " let me in ". He let her in and he died. I expect he refused to give her some pot. She lost it and blew him away and she wanted him to be dead, so he could not talk. She made up the story to be going to the wrong apartment but it was a fat lie she and her cop friends thought would fly and set her free. She had an argument with Jean and his death was not an accident . She fired 2 shots ! really ! what the hell ? That is what I see happened that day . She is a cold blooded murder who should never be near any weapon ! short tempered people should not have guns. Evaluations are not done properly when recruiting cops.
