  3. Yes and they say what they are told to say. It is not their personal investigations they report but they read a script. They work for money and exposure, hoping they will make it big. No ethics there. The few that are respectable do not keep their jobs very long.

  4. Geologically it is "hanging in there". The Arcadia fault is huge and ready to blow, overdue......the St.Andreas fault ? same......Between the fires ( natural and not ) , the floods and mud slides and these pending quakes, it is unstable territory. Who wants to live there ?
