They did and when Francis Boyle became aware of that experiment , in the security lab/4 of NCU in Chapel Hill; he knew it was bio-warfare, but he was told to stand down, or basically to shut up. He is a civil rights attorney, whose job was to look out for these events. He found out later, it had been sold to Wuhan for a grant, and that it had been "modified" there, where they added more viruses and evidently some AI. This thing is bad ass bio-warfare and these fake vaccines are a joke. A tragic joke. We are the lab rats of 2019.
