You can get the guy out of the institution but you can't get the institution out of the guy. According to Google, his personal wealth is well into more than 150 Billions.....yes, with a B, meaning he is also a fraud, taking money that should go to the people.....a typical dictator who tried to enjoy his gig, with an entertaining flair. He just lost his appeal !! The world now, is on to him. By attacking Ukraine, he decided he would lose, all humanity, if he had any to begin with. He is done. He is exposed as what he is, and he cannot fool his people, anymore.
