  3. They will. They are going to investigate and he will likely get labeled for manslaughter, which means he could get just a few years for killing the woman.

  6. You are probably right but we need to hold judgement until we find out more about that crime. I think he may have mental issues, like dementia or even a brain tumor. It can do this. It will surface. The trial may have to be in another county. In terms of the bond, he is not a flight risk and indeed he was a judge. Not likely he is a danger to anyone else.

  8. well, if he can't someone else can in another district. That is what he means. The old guy will go through the process, he knows so well. He is likely not mentally well, I suspect. They may push that and call it manslaughter, with mental issues and he may end up with a little time in a psych ward. Just guessing here. We need to know why he killed her. It will make a difference. He could be suffering from dementia. Possible.
