  13. Well, there had been a security warning, released for all public events. There was zero security at the place. Why ? where were these guards Putin likes to have, all around ? Were they watching on the burial spot of Navalny to see who was coming to grieve him ? Hello ! He is quick to blame but his verbal accusations are meaningless.
