  3. His real sister knows he did it and she had a clue when and how. She knew Lacy liked to relax in her pool, where he would have drowned her. I think he chocked her in her bed, minimizing carrying her heavy body to the boat. He likely put her in some tarp he said were umbrellas. There is no way he did not do it. Most of these murderers never admit to their crimes.

  5. The cement blocks he made were very telling. He used them to keep her body in the bottom of the bay, which worked, until her tissues got soft and the rope around her neck, evidently cut off her head.. There was one more at least, cement block left in his garage. Her head was never found but thank God, her torso floated to the surface and ended up on the beach. Only this dude would have done this. He was reported having gone to the location, sitting in his car and watching the bay. He was hoping her body would stay in the bottom long enough for him to sneak out to Mexico. He is GUILTY as sin. They should have executed him, years ago. He is a monster and Amber Fry and her family would never be safe, if he got released.
