  87. You need a couple of well insulated sleeping bags when you have no heat, no electricity, or hot water....Can't even get to the grocery stores as cars may be frozen outside. I could not manage to use my slanted driveway, even though I had gravel underneath. On top, there was ice and snow and currently my car is sitting there, inches from the street, in a snow pile. I go every few hours starting it and making sure my battery does not freeze up. Got some shoveling to do and let that car free ! I can only be out a few minutes as my hands freeze and it is painful. Ski gloves help, but still, it is really cold......Just heard a crack over my roof. Not a good sign as tree limbs are also breaking up. This is Memphis but feels like Duluth.
